Adventures in Decorating: Halloween 2013 yard during day
Posted: 2013/10/14 | Author: Lola | Filed under: Decorating | Tags: DIY Ghosts, diy halloween fence, Halloween Yard Decor, pvc pipe spiders | Leave a commentWe did a sort of cross country racing spiders with ghosts watching this year. The ribbons are supposed to denote teams and give the display some shine and depth during the day. I’m super happy with the white pumpkins and spiders under Fetch. Not so pleased with the wood spider parts sticking out of the other white pumpkin. Something may have to be done with that corner. We have lights for a start and finish line and displays on both sides of the driveway this year. I also used tomatoe cage say stakes to hold up slightly diagonal old still screwed together raised garden bed diver boards. They made cool web light back drops and look old and rustic because they need to be torn apart and thrown away. Yeah repurposing. I also used garden flower stakes to hold up some of the taller fuzzy spiders and to keep them anchored to the ground and in less danger of blowing away. Inside is done minus one banner and putting it all alway. More posts and pics to come
