#photoadayapril 7 Shadow

This shadow just ran 9.6 miles or 15k in about 1:53:30 or just under a 12:00 pace. Its muscles are currently enjoying the ice bath promised by the brain at about mile 8 and btw I chafed my gooch. Other run shenanigans to come soon.
